Mitchell Drake

Mitchell Drake is a Consultant at Archway Research.  Mr. Drake provides expert support in the analysis of various types of damages related to litigated matters including intellectual property disputes, breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, as well as in support of ITC investigations.  Outside of litigated matters, Mr. Drake has also worked on business and intellectual property valuations.  Mr. Drake has experience in various industries including biotechnology, hardware & software, and entertainment.

Prior to joining Archway Research, Mr. Drake spent time in various finance roles at Bain & Company.  Mr. Drake has extensive experience in financial reporting, global forecasting and budgeting, strategic planning, foreign exchange analysis, and other financial modeling.

Mr. Drake earned a B.A. in Economics from Bates College.
