Abigail Yu

Abigail Yu is a Consultant at Archway Research.  In this role, Ms. Yu conducts market analysis, financial modeling, and damages analyses for litigated matters.  These analyses include the evaluation of patent infringement, shareholder disputes, copyrights, lost profits, reasonable royalties, price erosion, actual damages, unjust enrichment, and statutory damages, as appropriate.  Ms. Yu has significant industry experience in consumer products, as well as biotechnology and natural resources.  

Ms. Yu earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Williams College.
