In the News: Singular Computing v. Google Settlement
Archway Research would like to congratulate Dr. Joseph Bates of Singular Computing LLC, the legal team at Prince Lobel Tye LLP, and Kerry Timbers of Sunstein LLP on reaching an amicable settlement as a result of their recent patent dispute with Google. This noteworthy case was diligently and skillfully litigated and we commend everyone involved for their hard work and dedication.
The infringement dispute related to multiple patents held by Singular Computing for computer chip designs used in AI applications. As reported in Law360, the asserted damages claim presented by the Plaintiff to the jury exceeded $1.6 billion.
